Overview

Refunds and Exchanges will only be processed for defective items. Please send an email, with images showing the defect, to support@incendiary.ca.

Our refund and returns policy is effective for 45 days from the date of purchase. If you receive a defective item from our store, you must email support@incendiary.ca within 45 days of the date of purchase, or you will not be eligible for a return for refund, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping returns

If you are eligible for a return of your defective product, you will be provided with a physical address to ship the defective items to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will arrange the delivery of a replacement item as an exchange. If an exchange is not possible, you will be provided with a full refund of the purchase price of the item. Note: the original shipping cost is not refundable.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that there is typically a delay of several days before credit card companies process this return of payment.
